Kirurumu.
Kirurumu is a small tented safari camp with spectacular views. Its set on the right edge of the Great Rift valley from the park’s gate. It’s a 20-minutes drive ad from lake Manyara National Park, it’s a short distance with stunning settings. The views are breathtaking from Kirurumu (2000ft above the floor of the Great Rift valley) and extinct volcano to the east, Manyara to the South, views along Lossimingor which rises almost 8000ft above sea level re also great.

Kirurumu is a great place to stay for the night before heading between Tarangire and Ngorongoro Crater and Highlands or Serengeti. The camp is well run, which also provides a place to stay between Serengeti and Manyara. The camp offers walking safaris arranged at the camp, for 1-5 days along the rift valley or up Lossimingor, canoeing on lake Manyara as well as cycling down the Eastern edge of Lake Manyara on mountain bikes.
