Day 2: Arusha – Lake Manyara National Park

 Days 3 & 4 Lake Manyara – Serengeti National Park

Today we shall head to Serengeti National Park. on the way we stop at Olduvai Gorge, referred to as the “cradle of mankind,” site where the renowned Leakey family discovered the remains  of Homo habilis, that existed 1.75 million years back in time. Later arrive at your lodge where you will have lunch, before we proceed to the deep in the core of this prominent migration corridor. Comprised of vast open spaces, clear blue skies plus a landscape bursting with wildlife, we shall explore the Serengeti plains over the following two days as we try to discover why the legendary Serengeti is characterized as the dream of “Ancient Africa.”

Large numbers of lions relax in the grasses; big elephant families feed on the acacia bark as they trumpet to one another across the vast plains, giraffes, elands, gazelles and monkeys in addition to a diversity of African wildlife are present in overwhelming numbers.

 Day 5 Serengeti – Ngorongoro Crater

Crack of dawn over the undulating plains is overwhelmingly lovely as seen from our private room verandah. Then proceed to Ngorongoro, the 8th natural wonder of the world,. En-route drive through the stunning Ngorongoro Conservation Area, a region reserved as habitat to the grazing Masai as well as an exceptional trial of the thought that pastoral people can coexist with wild animals. Arrive at the lodge in Ngorongoro for lunch at the beautiful lodge, located on the crater’s edge.

Day 6 Ngorongoro Crater

Later on descend 2,000 ft into the large caldera of the crater-an extinct volcano. This splendid natural arena contains the biggest population of animals in the whole of Africa. Day 7 Ngorongoro – Tarangire National Park
