 Day 1: Arrival | Manyara National Park

In Dar es Salaam, you will catch a flight to Kilimanjaro International Airport in Arusha. There you will be received and transferred to Lake Manyara. Located on the bottom of the escarpment of the Great Rift Valley, this park is renowned for its outstanding beauty. You can observe several wild animals like buffaloes, hippos, giraffes, impalas, elephants among others. Have lunch at your lodge prior to a game drive in the Afternoon within Manyara National Park. Later return to the lodge to freshen-up, dine and slumber at Manyara Escarpment Lodge (LDBB)

Day 2  Manyara – Serengeti National Park

Following breakfast set-off for the Central part of Serengeti National Park. The large Serengeti plains extend over an expanse of more than 14,763 sq km and through the months of the great migration, it is habitat of large numbers of not only wildebeest but also zebra as well as Thomson’s gazelle with an approximated total population of close to 1.5 million animals. The Serengeti “Kopjes” (huge rock islands of granite), projecting from a large plain of grass, offer shelter to massive diversity of plants as  well as animals, that range from the  hard to pin down leopard to the small dik dik. 3. Serengeti National Park

Spend the entire day enjoying game drives in the Serengeti. Basing on the season of year as well as the movement of the migration herds, you may see wildebeests, antelopes, lions, rhinos, elephants, hippos, giraffes, baboons, zebras, monkeys, and several birds. Dine and slumber at Bilila Lodge Serengeti (LDBB)

 

 

Day 4 Ngorongoro Conservation Area

 

Following breakfast set out driving towards the impressive Ngorongoro Conservation Area having a stop along the way at Olduvai Gorge. The Olduvai is the well-known archeological place where the Leakey’s made their historic discovery of the remains of the Australopithecus, Homo erectus as well as Homo habilis that significantly helped to better understand the study of human species evolution. From Olduvai you will continue to “Ngorongoro Crater,” (which is considered as the Eighth Wonder of the World) and perhaps the most well-known wildlife sanctuary in the entire world. Arrive at your lodge for a scrumptious lunch. Spend the afternoon all at leisure. Dine and slumber at Exploreans Lodge Ngorongoro (LDBB)

 

Optional Tour:  visit the Maasai village to learn about the impressive Maasai lifestyle.

 

Day 5:  Ngorongoro Conservation Area

On having Breakfast, with a packed lunch drive onto the floor of the Ngorongoro Crater to have an entire Day’s game drives. because a minimal number of animals move in and outside of the crater which has halls that project to a height of 2000 ft., expect to marvel at  lions, antelopes, elephants, rhinos, zebras, flamingoes, hippos, jackals plus many birds among others. Together with your safari Driver or Guide you will be able to even locate some of the hidden animals. Have a picnic lunch at the picnic site by the lake. in the late afternoon return to your lodge to slumber at Exploreans Lodge Ngorongoro (LDBB)

 

 Day 6: Tarangire National Park

After Breakfast, you will heck-out and head to Tarangire National Park were you will arrive in time for lunch at the rest Camp. Continue for a game drive in the afternoon in Tarangire National Park. Return to Camp to Dine and slumber at Maramboi Tented Camp (L-DBB)

 

Day 7 Transfer to Arusha | Lunch | Depart

 

After having an early breakfast, set out back to Arusha with a packed lunch to catch your flight back to Dar es Salaam. At Dar es Salaam International Airport you will catch your return flight back home.
