How to get there.
Private vehicles and camp Guides are mostly used in the Northern Tanzania as part of your safari and can take you to Serengeti, Manyara and Ngorongoro as well.

By Air.
It takes 20 minutes from Arusha to Tarangire. However, there are flights connecting to the Southwestern part of Tarangire (Mamire) to Manyara (Part of Arusha and Serengeti National Park).

Tarangire by road takes around 21/2 hours from Arusha to Tarangire main gate on a well tarmaced road.
The road divides at a place called Makuyuni, about ½ hours. However, it’s the same going to Ngorongoro Crater and highlands and Lake Manyara National Park.
